Maydan is built on reputation. These are the rules every collector agrees to when they buy, sell or trade on the platform.

How Maydan works

  • Maydan is a peer-to-peer marketplace. Collectors list their own cards and sealed product, and agree deals directly with each other.
  • Maydan does not currently hold payments, ship items on your behalf, or offer a grading service.
  • Maydan machines are the only channel where Maydan itself is the seller. Everything in the marketplace is sold by community members.

Verified profiles & vouches

  • Every seller has a public profile showing their username, city, active listings and vouch history.
  • Vouches can only be left by other signed-in collectors, one per pair, and are permanently attached to the profile.
  • Check a seller's vouch count and join date before agreeing to a high-value deal.

Listing rules

  • Photograph the actual item you are selling. Stock images, renders and screenshots are not allowed.
  • Describe condition honestly, including whitening, edge wear, scratches and any resealing history.
  • Counterfeit, proxy, resealed or stolen product is banned and results in permanent removal.

Meeting safely

  • Meet in busy public places — malls, cafés, card shops or at a Maydan vending machine during opening hours.
  • Inspect the card in person before paying, and keep a record of what was agreed.
  • Never send a deposit to a seller with no vouches.

Reporting a problem

  • Report suspicious listings or members to [email protected] with the listing link and any screenshots.
  • We review every report and may hide listings or suspend accounts while we investigate.
